• Leading the channelisation of mentor-mentee program for new joinees in team & delivering high quality response with utmost speed so that each customer query is resolved in first contact.
• Accountable for providing Process-training to new recruits & guiding the core team for any changes or new updations regarding process.
• Responsible for creating initial awareness, finalizing training schedules, follow-up on implementation of computer aided learning & demonstrate initiatives in all levels beyond the listed roles and responsibilities.
