Pradeep did his MBA from ESADE Business School, Barcelona.(acknowledged as the No.1 Business School globally by Wall Street Journal for 2 consecutive years). He worked for 8 years in London as an IT Transformation Professional. He works as Project Manager with a top MNC in Bangalore.

He is fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil, and possesses intermediate level skills in Spanish.

Pradeep is a good cricketer and has represented higher division clubs in India and England, is keen about sports and fitness. He is also into squash and running to keep fit.

Pradeep’s father, first worked with Syndicate Bank, Chennai for about 15 years. Later worked as Manager - Admin. & Tenders with a reputed Belgian organization at their Kuwait Office. Now retired.

Pradeep’s mother, also worked in Syndicate Bank, Chennai, for about 15 years, later was Accountant in Indian School, Kuwait. She is presently engaged as Accountant with a reputed CBSE School in Chennai.

Praveen , Pradeep’s younger brother, an IITian, did his Ph.D. in nano-technology in Renslaer (RPI) in the U.S. and has been with INTEL Corp. U.S. as a Senior Scientific Engineer for the past 4 years.
